How to migrate Wordpress webpages into new Craft CMS site?

Here is the WP site we want to pull from. Here is the Craft CMS site the pages will be moved to.

Is there a simple way to do this? Suggestions?

Sounds like you need to do a download of all the files and carefully upload one or a few at a time to the new site. Do you know how to access the wp site via ftp? I expect to optimize maintain the look of the new site it may take some document level editing.
