Deruta lamp obsession

Somewhere in the world, does another one exist?
I am obsessed with this lamp, belonging to a friend. She's had it for many years but can't remember where she got it. After much googling, I think I've narrowed it down to a Deruta pattern called "Arabesco", which comes in many color combinations except, apparently, brown on white.
Is it possible to actually commission something like this? Would it cost me a year's income?
