best forum for orthodontic-related questions

We are looking for information on orthodontic treatments (appliances, specifically the "Bimler" appliance to correct an underbite) and I am struggling to find the right forum (reddit? other?) to discuss orthodontics from a user's point-of-view. Thanks in advance for any guidance to appropriate forums.

I used archwired.com when I had braces and jaw surgery.
