What mystery "miracle product" did this lady at CVS buy?

I was just at CVS and a woman asked the pharmacy cashier for a non-prescription product that they keep behind the counter. It was in a red box that looked about 4" on all sides, and the product name was "[something that begins with A] Dream."

I think it cost about $30-40 (the total was $66, but she bought some other stuff). The cashier asked her if the product worked, and the customer said that "it's a miracle." Then they discussed how lots of other people also think it "works wonders." According to the customer, the product is hard to find and CVS does not always have any in stock.

I'm not interested in buying or using the product, and am assuming it's some sort of dubious supplement, but I'm dying to know exactly what it is.

Answering my own, subsequent question about emu oil -- apparently it is indeed a thing.

Here in Oz, emu oil is most typically available as a supplement similar to fish oil, as it's full of the various omegas your body craves (3, 6 and 9). The actual active ingredient in Australian Dream appears to be histamine dihydrochloride, which I don't know anything about, but which doesn't sound great according to this one dodgy link I glanced at.

There is a fair amount of evidence suggesting that fish oil (in other words, omega 3) is helpful with inflammation, however, so if "Australian Dream" is something you are seriously considering for that reason, maybe try a pure emu oil supplement instead.
