A camera as good as the one on the Galaxy S6?

Is there a compact camera that is as good as the camera on the Samsung Galaxy S6 but is considerably cheaper than the S6 itself?

I have a tablet already (a Nexus 7) so I don't need a new one. But on the other hand, I'd like to get a better camera! It would have the quality of the S6 camera, is a point-and-shoot/compact, no zoom, pocket-size.

The Sony RX100 version I and II series cameras and the Canon G9X and G7X are significantly better than the S6's camera and cost less than the S6 did when it was new. The RX100s aren't hard to find used. As a bonus, they both have zoom lenses. I like the G9X because it has a touch screen. DPReview has this whole category covered.
