Please help me find a paella cooking video I watched the other day on YouTube that's not showing up in my watched videos history.

So, I was logged in, and many of the other paella-making videos I watched show up in my YT watched history, but not this one, and I can't find it, and I've been looking all morning, and it's making me nuts. Please hope me!

Here's what I remember. High production values, looked like it could have even been a segment from a longer TV show episode or something. "Hi! I'm [host's name]! And I'm here today with [guest's name] from [business/location]! And we're making paella!" There was one of those "watch our other videos" things at the end. About 5 minutes long? Host was a slightly heavyset, younger, very enthusiastic African American guy, with older, white, white-haired, guy guest. Guest was preparing one of those monster pans of paella outdoors over a wood fire, host was narrating and helping add things, with guest's direction. "Okay, now we're going to add the chicken thighs." "Oh, man, that smells good!" That sort of thing. I think it was at a winery or vineyard? They put grapevines in the fire. View behind them was the ocean, maybe? Almost definitely US-based, so west coast? Guest was wearing a dark t-shirt with light writing on it, either something about paella, or maybe their vineyard? location? One of the things I wanted to check out again, was how the guest had the host add the contents of two jars, one with the "sofrito," and one with the saffron/liquid mix.

Any help would be awesome. Thanks!

Best answer: Tomales Bay Wood-Fire Paella from Man Fire Food? ('wood fire paella show' popped this up for me.) Checks for two guys, outside, water in the background.

Just in case it's helpful: did you check your browser's history? You can reopen all paella and/or YouTube links and look through them.

Response by poster: YAAAAAAAAAAAS MonkeyToes! That was it — thank you SO MUCH! Wasn't even on YouTube, that's why I couldn't find it! It was a blur of watching paella vids ...

... on my work computer — which is why I couldn't check my browser history, eisforcool. But good advice regardless, thanks!
