Where can I find schichttorte in New York?

As some of you may have guessed, we've been watching the Great British Bake Off on Netflix, and we have a desperate need to try schichttorte. Does anyone know where we might find one in NYC? And yes, I'm pretty sure I'm spelling that right.

According to Wikipedia, schichttorte is a variation of baumkuchen. Yelp has a list of the best baumkuchen in NYC.

Hopefully someone else will come along with a glowing recommendation for the specific schichttorte variation, but if not those places might be good to check out. Happy noshing!

It looks like there's a Malaysian restaurant called Kopitiam that has spekkoek, a.k.a kueh lapis, a.k.a lapis legit...which is also very similar to schichttorte, but without the chocolate.
Or you could make your own--I did and it really wasn't too hard!
