CNN Chile - Live v Recording and Viewing via 'net

A friend is currently at CNN, taking part in a panel discussion. I don't know if it's live or being recorded. Which is most likely? And is there a live feed on the 'net anywhere? (This is CNN Chile - the discussion is on Chilean politics so I don't think it will be in the International Spanish edition?)

Best answer: well, for the record, it was recorded and then broadcast a few hours later. i never found a live feed, but cnn chile have a youtube page and it will be posted there.
