Cancelling a satellite TV contract in the UK?

I took out a 12 month contract with Sky in early June. It's not getting installed until 26th July. I've changed my mind, can I cancel it? Does the contract start from when it's installed seeing as I'm not paying and don't have the service yet?

"Your cooling-off period begins the day after you enter a contract with the business - verbal or otherwise." [Source]

So it sound like no, tho it also says to check your T&C cuz the business may have given you longer (hahaha).

(Usual disclaimers: IANAL etc, I have no idea what I'm talking about, I just did a quick googling.)
