DesignerApparelFilter: Oh, to dress like a 2002 Dogma movie star...

Ever since renting the movie Elsker dig for evigt ("Open Hearts"), I have coveted this embroidered shearling coat. Dolce & Gabbana are listed in the final credits, causing me to believe they provided it, given it's the obvious couture wardrobe piece in the film. I have had absolutely no luck with Google. Little help from the fashion divas in the crowd?

Are you near a Bergdorf Goodman or Harold's? These people cater to the eccentricities of the rich, they are sure to be of help, expect to pay dearly for this help. If you're on the understanding that a couture (I don't think D&G technically does couture) special piece is at least five figures I'd go ahead and start at BG, maybe even go to a D&G store and see what they can do.
