Who Would Win?: A Grizzly bear versus five average ~29 year old men

While camping last weekend, our group stumbled into a "Who would win?" discussion. The contenders are: a Grizzly bear vs. five average ~29 year old men. Both sides vehemently believe their view to be infallible.

Details & Rules:

* Grizzly bear is a full grown and male
* Grizzly is experiencing the peak of frenzy and anger (protecting young, extremely hungry) (i.e. the full effect and highest possible magnitude of the "fight" aspect of the flight-or-flight response)
* Men are aged: 29, 29, 29, 29, 30
* Men are _not_ in peak physical condition but are in average-to-above average shape (I know this is a relative rule. If it's a point of contention, I can provide example/sample images or actors with the builds in question)
* No weapons whatsoever (including rocks/sticks/'found' items) (see caveat below)
* Win condition for men = bear is dead and _at least_ one man left 'alive'
* A temporarily or permanently incapacitated (broken bones, blinded, coma, etc.) man is considered 'alive'
* Men can attack/fight in any order (simultaneously, one at a time, pairs + single)
* Men have no 'prep time' (they cannot prepare by getting into better shape) (see caveat below)
* Men can have dialog/talk to each other (about strategy, to form a plan, to discuss the weather, etc.) during the fight (however, consider the likelihood or deafness and becoming 'dazed' post-hit)
* No retreat (either the Grizzly is killed or all five men are killed)
* No "clever" tactics (just a catchall for loophole seekers) (this is not to say that 'sneakiness' cannot be employed in some way)

Weapons Caveat: This was a point of contention for our group. If the ability of the men to pick up and use the items found around them as weapons changes your opinion, then mention so in your answer. In that case, two more rules are:
* Item availability is that of a standard deciduous forest in North Eastern/New England USA. (stones, sticks, logs) (remember the 'prep time' rule when considering sharpening)
* Item density is that of a standard deciduous forest in North Eastern/New England USA (there is not an infinite supply of rocks and even fewer jagged/sharp rocks)

'Prep Time' Caveat: This was a point of contention for our group: Is the group's forming a plan prior to the attack considered 'prep'? For example, the group may plan to attack one at a time and everyone has to be on the same page to execute that plan successfully. The agreement to which we came was: a 'prep time' of one minute is permissible for dialog only and, of course, as mentioned above, dialog can continue during the fight.

If more details are needed, please ask!

If any of the details would change your opinion, please indicate that in your answer. For example, if the Grizzly would win _unless_ the men were allowed to use rocks and sticks in which case the men would win.

We had a good time arguing about this and we all felt very strongly about our viewpoint. I would love to hear MeTite opinions and rationales as well as get everyone here in on the fun.

Of course the grizzly would win. There is nothing a normal human could do with sticks and stones that would even scratch the bear.

Jesus fuck. Angry grizzly wins unless firearms magically appear, period the end.

Source: Alaskan, have been here and watched grizzlies fight about twenty feet away from me, have bumped into grizzlies when hiking, know people who have been personally killed by mauling. Not even a question.
