Help me identify this modern architectural painter/artist

I saw one of this artist's pieces at SF MoMA back in 2011. It was like an isometric or orthographic view of a rooftop or several adjacent rooftops. There may have been water towers or rooftop vents, etc. The colors were bright but unsaturated like sky blue and rust orange, it had a 60s/70s vibe to it.

Overall the piece was pretty minimal. Lots of clean lines. Here's some similar things:

Some of Michael Bedard's work especially the perspective and colors
Team Fortress 2's color palette and general style
This but less cartoony and it felt more like full scale drawing and not a model.
Wayne Thiebaud, but his city stuff is a little more ornate.
Some of Edward Hopper's city stuff, but again, too ornate. Similar color palette.

Best answer: I came in to guess Ralston Crawford too, I think Vertical Building probably has nailed it.

Kind of sounds like that guy from Chicago, Roger Brown, except you probably would have remembered and mentioned the people in the windows.
