Printing jewel cases in iTunes

How do I properly print out jewel cases?
I want to print out a jewel case for CDs from iTunes. Some have the PDF's included, some don't. If I pick my playlist and hit the print button, it looks like it'll generate a liner. When I select the paper type, though, it doesn't appear that the paper I want to use (Fellowes NEATO Jewel Case Tray Liner) is listed.
Is there a way to get iTunes to use this paper for printing jewel cases, or am this a case where iTunes is deficient?
I'm using Tiger on a 12" Powerbook with the latest version of iTunes and all applicable updates, if it matters.

Do you have the newest iTunes? For me (on a mac, it may be different for windows) when you go to a playlist and hit print, it gives me a window with radio buttons to choose between Cd Jewel case insert, song listing, and album listing.
