Simple time-card programs for Mac

I'm looking for a barebones timecard app for Mac. I feel like the thing I'm looking for has to exist, but I haven't found it yet.
Basically, I'm looking for an app that's always open where I can start and stop a timer whenever I need to. And then at the end of the month, export the number of total hours for each category. And I need to be able to run two timers at once.
It can't run in the cloud--it needs to save the data locally on my computer. I don't need billing or payments or any of the other features of a service like Harvest--all I need is to be able to export a plain text list.
I've spent a lot of time on Google, and everything I've come across feels like major overkill.
Strong preference for FOSS, but not essential.
Thanks a lot.
