CMEF French Language Summer Camp

Has anyone had any experience with the Céntre Méditerranéen d'Êtudes Françaises summer camp in Cap d'Ail? If so, how was it? We're thinking of sending our fifteen year-old daughter (with minimal French) for a couple weeks.

I didn't do CMEF, but I was an exchange student my first year in college. It was wonderful. I learned more French in that year than I had in thirteen previous years of lazy public school French instruction. Heck, even the first month of immersion was more instructive than those 13 years had been.

A word of advice, though, framed by a question: is your daughter into this? If she isn't, and if she's not interested in learning French and only has a "minimal" toolkit of existing language skills, language immersion is going to be difficult. It's anxiety inducing even for people who want the immersion. But being pressured into it? That would be hard to handle well.
