California daycare recommendations (Conejo Valley region)

Moving to California (Westlake Village / Agoura Hills / Oak Park area). Daycare urgently needed. Any insight or recommendations greatly appreciated.
I was on the waitlists here in Canada for over a year but now we're moving! I was hoping metafilter would have some daycare or homecare recommendations.
Specs:
- daycare starting June (some possibility we can wait till September)
- infant care (baby peeps will be 10 / 13 months respectively)
- at this age I'm not worried about "curiculum" vs. "play" based, I just want the caregivers to be caring & engaged and the kids who go there to look well-adjusted & happy
- secular preferred
- high immunization rates (if he goes in at 10 months then he won't have his MMR yet)
