Other Rap Gods?

I'm looking for songs in the style/similar to Eminem's "Rap God". Or is he as singular as he would have us believe?

Fast technical rapping with dark, contemporary production?

Look Out for Detox - Kendrick Lamar

Totally different production, but you'll probably also like Kendrick's verse on Control, which had it's own mefi thread. He comes in around 3:00, but listen straight through to get the contrast with Big Sean's verse.

"Poet Laureate II" by Canibus, of course. His (often cartoonish) sense of self-grandiosity never comes off better than it does here.

You'd also appreciate Pharoah Monche's rapping on the first two Organized Konfusion records... just insane virtuosity. "Bring It On" should give you a taste.

Also I'm not really familiar with dude's music at all but from the little I've heard, about every Tech N9ne verse is basically "Rap God"-esque, for better or worse. See "Strangeulation Cypher"

Not sure if you're talking about lyrics or production, but Doomtree's Gray Duck has similar production and a fast rapping style, but isn't in any way the same lyrically or thematically.

Seconding Tech N9ne, that's very much his thing.

Tech N9ne f/ Kendrick Lamar - Fragile. Rap part starts at ~1:10, but the intro is great too.

I'm not as familiar with him, but Twista is also known for his speed.

Tech N9ne - Worldwide Choppers (Ft. Busta, Twista, and a bunch of others) is basically a summit of several current practitioners of the machine-gun style.
