Oldest (as in longest running) character in Marvel Cinematic Universe?

Who, out of the entire MCU (TV and Movies, but not Animated series), is the oldest character? By oldest I mean was published in comics first?

I'm struggling to find an answer to this as I don't actually know who ALL the MCU (current as of Feb 2016) characters are, and my knowledge of comics only spans as far as my lifetime, and plenty of the characters pre-date me by a LOT because they were first published in the early 1960's!

I know from Mefi that there are a lot of members here, who also happen to be lovely walking comics encyclopaedia - so I hope you can help me with my (potentially?) simple question.

Best answer: Patsy Walker (Jessica Jones' pal in the Netflix series) first appeared in 1944.

Best answer: Captain America #1 was the sixth or seventh issue Marvel (then Timely) ever published, and neither Namor or the original Human Torch have been in anything yet, Cap and Bucky take the title here.

You could say Captain Marvel. He was invented in 1939 by Fawcett Comics, so the character dates from then. Marvel acquired the rights to the name "Captain Marvel" from Fawcett in 1967, at which point there became a Captain Marvel character in the Marvel universe.
DC also has a Captain Marvel but they have had to call him "Shazam" since 1967.

MCU, w0mbat. The kree have been in there, but no versions of any cap marvels. Maybe a howling commando? Rawhide Kid? I think in the first Cap movie there is a quick look at what is the Torch before ignition, so maybe the golden age torch.
