Niagara region waterfront pub/lounge recommendations (Hamilton,St. Cath)

Casual family party of 45-50ppl in Lincoln / St. Catharines, possibly as far as Hamilton or NOTL. Where should we go?

Looking for an evening venue for friends and family - ideally a nice pub with comfy chairs, overlooking the water, and where we could book the patio or some private area. Casual but nice decor (not a dingy pub, not upscale dining, not a cheesy sports bar chain). Food: burgers and fries. Nice beer on tap would be good too!

Ideally only 20/30 min from the wineries in the Lincoln/Jordan area - so St. Catharines, NOTL or Hamilton, or anywhere inbetween.

Any suggestions? Thanks metafilter :)

Best answer: Port Dalhousie might work. Maybe Pier 61?

Best answer: Seconding the Lake House and Pier 61. Closer to Hamilton, try Sarcoa (especially if your event is in the summer - the patio is great) or for a more kitschy vibe Baranga's.
