Ark Xboxone. How do I join my husband's tribe using the same xbox.

Hi, My husband and I want to play ark and share items by being in the same tribe. We are in a dedicated official server and with only one xbox we can never see each other to invite into a tribe. Is there another way that we can join tribes to share stuff? We do not have friends who play ark or have an xbox one. Thanks.
