Travel insurance in the case of pet illness

Is there a travel insurance that allows for cancellation in case of pet illness?

I am traveling to France and Italy in April and May of this year. I also have an old, sometimes in-need-of-last-minute-veterinary-care cat that I fear may fall ill or worse at an inopportune time, like right before or during my trip. Is there a reliable company out there that offers a policy taking pet illness into consideration if I have to cancel my trip? I live in NY (with my cat) if that matters. Thanks for your help!

There is definitely "Cancel for any reason" insurance, but you need to buy it within a certain number of days of booking your travel.

Response by poster: What would that insurance be? All that I've looked at have specific qualified reasons, none of which include pet. I booked about a month ago.

Travel Guard had a "Cancel for any reason" option when I bought it last year (didn't need to use it, though).
