Where can I find cap sleeve, sweetheart neckline dresses like this but better quality and more casual (like a floral print or sundress)?

Try eShakti - you can customize the neckline and sleeve type of most dresses there, and a lot of of what they have is in the cotton/sundress-y family.

Not sure how retro your tastes run, but the Heidi style dress from PinupGirlClothing is cap sleeved with a sweetheart neckline.

I've seen a lot of dresses like that at Asos.com.

Came in to say eShakti, too. Almost all of the dresses have a cap sleeve and sweetheart neckline option. They get a lot of new stock in, you just have to keep remembering that you can change the sleeves/length/neckline and using your imagination since they only show it one way.

Here's a dress that has cap sleeves and a sweetheart neckline in a print. (By the way, they send out a lot of coupons to their mailing list, they run a sale basically daily and sometimes it's 40% off the whole store, usually it's more of a buy 2 get 1 free situation. The amount of emails is annoying but makes the prices reasonable to add customization.)

Modcloth (link shows search results for "sweetheart" and "cap".

Word of advice with eShakti dresses, they tend to run long in the skirt - they ask you for your height, but I feel like they build in some wiggle room so knee-length ends up more like calf-length. I usually say I'm a couple of inches shorter than I actually am so I don't have to hem them. :)

I love eShakti!

But I don't know if they run long in the skirt; I like them because I have a bubble butt, and they're the only skirts/dresses I have that hit where they say they will, despite my booty.

Lindy Bop have quite a few sweetheart neck, cap sleeve dresses, like this ace leopard print one - if you put "sweetheart" in the search box they should come up. Two things - as retro dresses their skirt length will be below the knee; and the weight of the fabric varies from dress to dress, and it's not always easy to tell from the description whether it's a heavy or light fabric. But the quality has always been good for me.
