Restaurant in San Jose (and environs) as wedding gift?

We have friends getting married who live in Santa Clara. We generally like to give gift cards to a nicer-but-not-super-expensive/more-special-than-normal/delicious restaurant as gifts, and we are having a hard time figuring out good options nearby. Only other items of note include price range of $100-$150 and must be gluten-free friendly.
That's it!
Rodizio (Brazilian barbecue) restaurants tend to be gluten free friendly. Pampas in Palo Alto and Espetus in San Mateo are both good.

Alexander's Steakhouse in Cupertino is nearby and very GF friendly.

P.F. Changs in Sunnyvale has a GF menu (and GF Soy Sauce), but it might fail the more-special-than-normal test.

I came in to recommend DishDash. Another option that can feel very "special-occasion" is the Rok Bistro. They specialize in fondue + hot rock cooking at the table.

Rok's ok but if you're going to go the fondue route (which is a great GF idea) La Fondue in Saratoga is fancier and better.

Call Bywater when they open in a couple weeks and ask them about GF friendliness.
