Looking for Ayelet Waldman/Michael Chabon parody

Some years back, I read a funny story online - it was a parody of Ayelet Waldman's writing style. I don't remember if it actually mentioned Waldman or her husband by name.
The only line I (sort of) remember is something like..."he folded the paper in half. then he folded me in half." Numerous searches have turned up nothing, although I feel like it was in Salon. Any help finding this is greatly appreciated!

Response by poster: Ahhh. That's it! Thank you neroli!! The name of the blog doesn't sound familiar at all, but this piece has stuck with me for such a long time.
