Best hotel for New Years Eve in Manila?

I am in awe of the footage of New Years Eve in Manila. Where can I stay to get a view like this in Manila on NYE?
I think having a balcony or rooftop would be ideal. If it were a large place that could sleep 6+ people, that would be a huge bonus.
Which specific hotels or vacation rentals will give us this amazing vantage point? I did see this previous question (New Years Even in Manila) but it didn't focus on a vantage point for the fireworks.

Does it have to be Manilla? Because Reykjavik looks similar and might be cheaper/easier depending on where you are located.
