How can I hire someone to help me a small PHP/RSS project

I'd like to hire someone to help me make an RSS aggregator, to replace a yahoo-pipes<, what is the best way to go about hiring for ultra-small scale projects like this?

On a previous Ask-Me, I was inquiring about how to replicate an RSS aggregator that would combine and manipulate multiple RSS feeds into one feed that I would host.

None of the easy options seems to have been practical for me, so I'd like to hire someone to help me.

What is the best way to go about this? Are there any pitfalls to look out for?

Best answer: MeFi Jobs often has small task postings like this (for example).

Pitfall for an RSS aggregator in particular is that the intake data can sometimes require care and feeding. And generally you'll need to make sure best practices are followed to prevent security problems with something like that.

Best answer: Depending on what you want to do, exactly, this isn't an ultra-small scale thing.

I've done similar stuff, and I tend to use SimplePie (which is a build-it-yourself kind of thing, but minimally difficult).

Response by poster: Ended up posting on MeFi Jobs, but in the end I used TT-RSS with some addons and - after a few big headaches - it now works great.
