Show me your nuts (recipes)

We're going to a potluck to honor our football team (Minnesota United FC). Based on a supporter's in-joke, I'd like to bring 3 dishes entitled: 1. Not Hot Nuts 2. Hot Hot Nuts and 3. Hot Hot Hot Hot Hot Hot Nuts

I'm planning on going with 3 types of nut mixes, but am open to other dishes that would fit the theme as well. I will need to prep ahead of time, so temperature hot (unless crockpot friendly) is not an option this time.

So, mefites, show me your nut recipes! I hoping for something mild, something REALLY hot, and something in between!

For Not Hot Nuts, you could do a sweet dessert bar, like these Chewy Pecan Diamonds, which are pretty easy and also delicious.

My standard candied nuts recipe is to beat egg whites until stiff, toss with nuts (pecans work well), and then roll in sugar and bake until delicious. In your position I would probably do one with just sugar, one with sugar and cayenne pepper, and one with some kind of ridiculous Thai bird chile nonsense.

OMG, you need a pecan pie. Can't couch for the recipe personally since I'm allergic to tree nuts and can't have them any more.

These sriracha-soy almonds are one of my favorite snacks.

For Hot Hot Nuts you should do a spicy West-African style peanut soup. The NYTimes had a great recipe a few years back that I'd include here if I wasn't A) on my phone and B) too stupid to look up and link from my phone.

For Not Hot Nuts, David Lebovitz's nut and pretzel mix without the cayenne pepper (you can also substitute more nuts for the pretzels; that's how I make it).

For Hot Hot Nuts, you could do cashews with Thai bird's eye chilies; my partner makes these to put in stir fries but we usually end up snacking on them before dinner. Thoroughly crush dried chilies and mix them with some cooking oil, then just toss with cashews in an oven-safe dish and toast them in the oven for a few minutes. They have a nice, slow heat.

Back on a computer, and found the peanut soup recipe. I've made it several times and can vouch for the fact that it's so, so good.
