Please recommend a good employment law attorney in New Jersey

Asking for a friend. Friend needs an attorney in New Jersey who specializes in employment law. This is fairly urgent due to her employer's current actions. I have read the Metafilter wiki page Get a lawyer and we are both actively searching for attorneys in her area. I am specifically seeking personal recommendations from MeFites who have had good experiences with an attorney with this specialization. Northern NJ/nearish NYC is a plus.

Weissman and Mintz is one of the most experienced plaintiff's side firms.

My best friend (whom I trust 100%, and whose judgement about employers I trust 100%) works for Joshua Friedman, and they've done some really good work in employment law. They work in all states, I think, but are more or less based out of NYC.
