Where can I buy Sea Tangle kelp noodles in Manhattan (or, perhaps, near Cobble Hill if necessary).

Even Asian markets here don't seem to carry kelp noodles. The Sea Tangle company website says they were sold by Whole Earth Bakery on St. Marks Place, but I think that has closed.

I know from living in other, kelp-noodle-abundant places that the Sea Tangle website really doesn't have a complete listing of everywhere that sells the kelp noodles, so I'm hoping someone can tell me where to buy them in NYC. Fresh Direct doesn't have it, and I prefer brick and mortar rather than getting it from a third party on Amazon.
I guess it doesn't have to be Sea Tangle brand, if they're really the same thing.
Thank you in advance for all your kelp.

Response by poster: Oh, I forgot to add that buying them from the website adds a $20.00 shipping charge to a $35.00 case of 12 kelp noodle packets so I prefer to go to a store.

Best answer: The Whole Foods stores near me carry a variety of kelp and shirataki noodles, I think including this brand. I'd call the Whole Foods store nearest you and ask if they can special order you a case - not as convenient as buying off the shelf, but at least you wouldn't need to pay for shipping.
