Acuity or Satori App for one person coaching business?

I can't seem to find a good comparison from a google search. Has anyone compared the two, or have insight that might assist in my decision?

I am a one person coaching business and like to have things as streamlined as possible. For both myself and my clients (so their end is important).

My needs:

Online booking with the ability to change my availability with ease (visual integration to site would be nice)
Payment processing
Email reminders to self and client
Online schedule changes
iPad/iPhone friendly
Intuitive
Automatic and non automatic intake forms, agreement forms, question forms (assume 3-4 pre session communications)
I actually use a physical calendar, so prefer it not be attached to any additional online calendars

I think I just want simple, clean and easy, but there may be neat things I have not yet thought about, that will help lessen my admin work, so I am open to non listed benefits. for example:

Online signatures (do I need something special?)
Client record keeping (is that safe?)
Monthly charts (just a shiny distraction?)
Timing that the forms I send out (can I set a form to be sent out 24 hours before the meeting?)

Pros and cons of each would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Also, if there is a program you like even better, please let me know.
