My ride for this coming Monday flaked on me. Is there any way for me to get from Hotel IBIS Dreilinden in Kleinmachnow to Tegel/Berlin Airport at 11am that ISN'T an 80euro taxi ride? Thanks!

According to the website of Berlin Public Transport, it can be done for 3,30 euro in 44 minutes with three transfers or in 60 min. with two transfers

Public transport in Berlin is great and you are only just outside of Berlin. There are plenty of Regional trains (city to city) and even an S-bahn (local train) that will get you there.

The Regional train (RE7) in PaulZ's link gets you to Charlottenburg, at which point you are in Berlin proper. Then it's just a case of getting to the airport. You could probably take a taxi at that point if you are opposed to another transfer, but the 109 bus* will also take you straight from Charlottenburg station to Tegel Airport.

*Leave a little bit of extra time for your bus into the airport - in my experience most transport runs pretty much to schedule in Berlin except for the airport bus which at certain times of the day can hit traffic and run a bit late.
