I would like noodles with what?

I have brown rice and wakame noodles. Please tell me the easiest, quickest and most delicious ways to turn them into full meals. Gluten free recipes preferred. Other than that I'm up for anything.

Sautee some vegetables or maybe some chicken or something. Add to cooked noodles. Dinner is served.

Really, pretty much any protein + veg combo can be added to noodles like this. Curry? Great! Stirfry? Also fantastic.

Soup: Miso broth, dried wakame, cubed firm tofu, sliced green onions.

Cold noodle salad or hot stir-fry: Edamame, sliced carrots, broccoli florets, sliced red bell peppers, peanut sauce (homemade or store-bought). You can find pre-shelled edamame in the freezer section and if time is extremely short, pre-cut broccoli and carrots bagged up in the produce section.

Sauté some veggies, cook your noodles, put them in a pile, top with fried eggs and hot sauce.
It'll never let you down!

Francis Lam's ginger scallion sauce. Warm it up, toss your noodles in it, add your preferred protein. (I have it with eggs and soba noodles all the time.)

Make arroz con pollo with brown rice. You will need to adjust the cooking time, and maybe the amount of liquid. If you are worried about the chicken over-cooking, let the rice cook for a while before adding the chicken.

You could use cooked brown rice in Chinese fried rice, too.

Neither of these modified dishes will be like the original, but they should suot your tastes.

Are these brown rice noodles or actual brown rice?

For the wakame noodles, one of my favourite cold soba recipes is super easy and could easily substitute the soba for wakame noodles.

Make a sauce of soy sauce, fresh lime juice, honey, sesame oil, and crushed and toasted sesame seeds. I usually just eyeball it and taste as I go along.
Slice up some fresh cucumber.
Add some smoked salmon of your choice.
Cook noodles of your choice and run them under cold water when ready
Combine everything in one bowl and mix it up. Super delicious and super fast.

Any sort of Hiyashi Chuuka substituting the ramen noodles for noodles of your choice would also work

Response by poster: Sorry, I should have been clearer. The noodles are make of brown rice and wakame.

Thanks for your suggestions, they all sound wonderful and I'm off to try a smoked salmon, cucumber concoction right now!
