What service can I use to rent facilities by the hour?

I took on some client work, the client didn't like the part my colleague and I did, but she did like the (very unstable) part that was the room reservations. I'm looking for an alternate online solution.

I've done some fairly extensive Google searching, but haven't found quite the right thing. I think I might be using the wrong search terms, which is why I'm asking you!

What it needs to do:
- Have multiple "rooms" for rent by the half hour
- Have per-room policies
- Ability to pay for rentals (and set a different price for each room)
- Collect renter information
- Work in the browser
- Be somewhat reasonably priced

The client is a dog training facility with two rooms, a lobby, dog pond, fenced in area, and a couple of agility rings for rent. I feel like this thing probably exists out there somewhere, I just haven't been able to find it.

There are many, many room booking apps. There are online services, stand-alone self-hosted programs, plug-ins for Wordpress and other CMSes. Which kind do you want?

What is reasonably priced in this context? $X per month? One-time? Does the client already have the ability to collect payment online and by what method?

Which specific options have you looked at and found lacking?

There are a lot of options out there so it would help to narrow the requirements down.

Response by poster: An online service would probably work best. Wordpress or another CMS would also be fine, so long as the plugin works well. Reasonably priced would be <$50/month. Client has a really outdated system of collecting payment... not sure what it's based on. I think something through Stripe or Paypal would also be fine.
