Help me find big data and predictive analysis classes in NYC/NJ region. It can be a weekday or weekend class, anytime of day.

I'm not sure what your background or price range is, but here's a list of data-science and analytics programs in NYC, cribbed from this list of nation-wide programs:

• Columbia MS in Information and Knowledge Strategy
• Columbia Certification of Professional Achievement in Data Sciences, a non-degree part-time program that requires 4 courses
• CUNY SPS Online MS in Data Analytics: an affordable, accessible program designed to make sense of real-world phenomena and everyday activities by mining big data to uncover patterns, relationships, and trends.
• Fordham U. MS in Business Analytics, develops strategic thinking skills along with a solid technical foundation in data and model-driven management decision-making
• METIS Data Science Bootcamp, 12-weeks course, in partnership with Datascope Analytics.
• NYU Master of Science in Business Analytics, New York, NY.
• NYU Center for Data Science, 2-year MS program.
• Pace U. MS in Customer Intelligence Analytics

I'm not sure if all of the university programs in this list offer open-enrollment courses that you could take without being part of a formal graduate program, but I'm sure some of them do -- hopefully others will have more specific suggestions. There are also many online options for studying these topics, both free and not.
