Software to generate a report of my computer usage?

I'd like to see a weekly breakdown of my personal computer usage. Showing total time spent using different applications, and total time spent visiting different websites. Just to monitor my productivity and see where I'm spending/wasting the most time. Can anyone recommend a (preferably free) mac application?

Response by poster: Thanks ch1x0r, that's great! I'm a little unsure about sending all my data to the cloud, but it looks like it does everything I want.

I second Rescue Time. You can categorize different sites and apps so you get a big picture view of what you're spending time on, and there are weekly goals to nudge you toward doing more of what you want to do.

Nthing RescueTime. I only use it at work to keep me on task, which it's been effective in doing.
