Recommendation for car detailing service to deal w/ swirl marks on hood

Recently bought a used 2013 car, black in color. It has a lot of cleaning/swirl marks, especially on the hood (no doubt from repeated sub-par cleaning by the previous owner). Can people recommend a service or shop that knows what to do to remove the micro scratches or at least improve this condition, and can do it well, at a reasonable price, in the Los Angeles area (preferrably either City of Industry, Hacienda Heights, or Pasadena)?

I don't have time to buff & wax it myself, and anyway I lack practice, so I'd probably do a bad job. Yelp reviews seem hard to trust sometimes. Maybe some of you MeFites have found good places in this area?

I recently bought a black car and hate this about it, however, after you go at it with a clay bar, dual-action polisher with first a compounder and then a polisher, and finish it off with a sealant and/or wax, it will finally shine. If you don't want to do this yourself (it's labor intensive and requires a big initial investment), I would pose this same question at reddit's /autodetailing sub. There's a wealth of information there.
