Help identify this song! Female upbeat indie pop. Chorus: "Sunny day!"

I heard a song through a festival sound system recently and am trying to find it! It features a female vocalist; it's upbeat and twee-ish but with a fairly well-produced sound; it sounds like there are melodicas in the mix but effected so they're a bit beefier. The chorus refrain finishes each line with words that sound a lot like she's singing 'Sunny day', with the 'day' stretched over three syllables. Help!

Best answer: The song is more bitter than upbeat but it otherwise sounds like you're describing Modern Girl by Sleater-Kinney.
