Metadata schema help and examples for web content people?

Are there are any good resources about creating metadata schemas for online documents/content, with examples of partial/complete schema in Excel format or similar? I've tried all kinds of relevant Google searches but, apart from Rachel Lovinger's (very good) slideshare, I only seem to turn up academic-type papers or very library-specific information.

These are examples of the kind of thing I'm looking for:

Best answer: I haven't read it all the way through yet, but there might be something for you in the Content Strategy Toolkit by Meghan Casey... It's been a goldmine of other kinds of forms and rubrics so far.
