Equivalent of Baydin's Email Game, but for Apple Mail or for Outlook?

I use Baydin's Email Game (https://emailgame.baydin.com/) to process email. I just got a new job, and my new company is requiring me to use Outlook Express or Apple Mail instead of gmail. Baydin's website only works with gmail or with Google Apps. So I'm looking for some kind of plug-in or add-on for Express or Apple Mail that has similar functionality to the Email Game--especially a timer showing how long I've spent on each email. Does anybody know of anything like this?

I'm not seeing one, but there might be some class of Azure app that can do things with Outlook Online, if your new place uses MS hosted e-mail.

Perhaps, though, your new place of work has a different e-mail culture than the old, and it might be worth working out what's expected in e-mail exchanges rather than “compose an e-mail in under three minutes, win points!!1!”. Where I work now, a typical client e-mail will take 30 minutes, and a real doozy of an opinion might take all day to research and compose.

You may also want to check your company's policies re: email.

3rd Party addons which "see" email messages might be considered a breach of security.

Outlook Express is outdated, unsupported software. Are you sure that is what you are using, or did you mean Outlook Online? Seriously, I'd be shocked if you could even get Express to run on anything after Windows XP.
