What's this creation?
I believe those are mushrooms in the stuffing. Maybe prep for this kind of dish?

Best answer: Given the pot in the background, I choose to believe the fish is being stuffed with a mustard based sauce before being baked or grilled, not in preparation for being eaten raw like a taco. A lot of people prep dinner sitting at the table drinking wine!
