Short film about the ghost of an ex-girlfriend?

I'm looking for a short film I saw about a year ago. It involved the ghost of someone's ex-girlfriend manifesting herself through Facebook (not ever identified by name, I don't think, but that's clearly what it was) and attacking him and his current girlfriend.
I remember it being very scary, very well-filmed and professional-looking, and very colorful. The main character's computer had a mouse that lit up in various colors.
