Can you read this sun-faded image?

Here's a photo of a sign that's been sun-faded. I'd like to know what number(s) are written on it. I believe there are two seven digit numbers, one above the other. I don't have Photoshop. Is there anything I can do with iPhoto or a web app to make it more legible? Thanks.

Best answer: i got this by using gimp to separate into CMY and then inverting and increasing contrast of the yellow channel.

Best answer: Pulled it into (apple, since you say you have iphoto) preview, adjusted color (under Tools).

Got: 6-845-4590 and 6-533-5389.

I took the image, converted to LAB color, and examined the B channel. It's very clearly as arabelladragon says.
