Whatever happened to offline Tripadvisor City Guides?

I've used the offline Tripadvisor City Guides for Tokyo and Paris, they were great. I'm going to Montreal next week and looked for a guide to Montreal but no luck. From googling I found something that said that the generic Tripadvisor App has a way to download City Guides. But after installing that app, I don't see a way to download City Guide content.

Here's the article about downloadable City Guides in TripAdvisor App. The article says click on "Downloaded Cities" on the main page, but I can't find that button!

When you get to the app's home page, can you scroll down?
I am on the Android version and when I scroll down, I can see Downloaded Cities.
The interface used to be different for iOS vs. Android for getting City Guides. Not sure what it's like now.

Response by poster: I can't scroll down dvwypi! I'm running Android on the Nexus 7. All I see is a menu bar at the top which lists Hotels, Restaurants, Things to Do, Flights, Vacation Rentals.
Below that is a search box for a location. Then a photo with an arrow pointing to "Ambergris Cave".

(i just installed this - also on a nexus 7 - and can confirm the description above with no "download cities").

Oh I see. Tablet version is different from phone version (which is what I have) but I don't know much more than that. I'm asking some colleagues to see if anyone has insight. Will post if I find out.

I can't help you with TripAdvisor, but if you're interested in an alternative Triposo has excellent downloadable city guides.
