Moving help in Madison, WI

I'm moving out of my 1 BR apartment in Madison. Most of my possessions will be shipped. Illness set me back on getting ready, and now I need to find folks (paid or charitable) who can help me pack and ship last minute. More details inside.

I have a lot of stuff but not a ridiculous amount--a lot of books. I'm getting rid of my furniture. Mostly I just need help getting things into boxes safely and then getting those boxes shipped. I don't have a car, so it would be really hard for me to take the boxes anywhere.

Are there any professional movers who will take my things to be shipped rather than, well, move them? I called You Move Me and they don't offer that. I'd rather not call all the moving companies and ask.
My plane to Virginia is tomorrow, and I'm supposed to be out of my apartment then as well.
I have tried contacting Access to Independence and the mental health center to see if they could offer help directly or refer me to someone. I also posted to the Dane County Time Bank and craigslist, to no avail, in addition to asking friends.
Mostly I am focused on getting this all done, not getting it done perfectly. Any suggestions you have are welcome.

I would post a help wanted flyer at the UW student union - surely they have a board for this. If you know anyone at the university, ask if they know of anyone who wants to make some quick cash. Professional movers will be horrendously expensive.

Did you see this old thread? Someone suggested movinghelp.com, which sounds like it could be a good fit for getting someone to help you pack things up. If you have a drivers license, perhaps you could rent a car and transport things yourself after they're packed up, or borrow a car. Getting things into boxes tends to be the overwhelming part in these situations.

Well I'm in Madison, have a car, and would be willing to help a fellow mefite if you're putting together a gang of friends/acquaintances/random internet folks to help out. Sent you contact info by memail.

Post an ad on Craigslist. Post one in the Free section as well--it's not really supposed to be used for this, but there are a zillion folks who watch that section like hawks, who are desperate for money and have free time.

I've used movinghelp.com a number of times. Read the reviews of movers before you book. I've used them 3 times and had a reasonably good experience each time. A day or two notice is totally fine.

(Never mind about Task Rabbit. They're not in Madison. Sorry, I should've checked.)
