YANMD: Vitamin B injection side effects?

I have been getting Vitamin B-6 and Vitamin B-12 shots on a semi-regular basis for a few months and I've got some questions about possible side effects.

I know that the sore lump at the injection site (my left hip) is certainly caused by the injections, and I'm not worried about it (yet). But it made me wonder whether the pain around the back of my left knee (nb on the same side as the injections) -- which has no identifiable cause but which has come on kind of suddenly and is preventing me from squatting (to give my cats their treats) without sharp pain -- could be related in any way?

I think I know the answer is no, it's unrelated, but I just wanted to throw it out into the community to see whether anyone has any thoughts or experiences to share about side effects from Vitamin B shots that I might need to be on the lookout for, but also specifically whether they can cause muscle pain in nearby areas?

I had to stop injections and take supplements instead because they gave me the worst insomnia ever - like, lying awake with my brain completely spinning and my blood pressure skyrocketing. I also had a lump on the injection site for about a week.
