Will you please help me find a Catholic quilt pattern?

I've been asked to design the program for my Grandmother's funeral later this week. She was a devout Catholic and an avid quilter, so I'd love to find a way to include both.
She quilted so much for other people that I'm afraid I don't know which was her favorite design. Is there a specific quilt pattern or design known to be Catholic or maybe just a design that is traditionally a memorial pattern?

Best answer: There are some lovely quilts inspired by Catholic cathedral windows - Rose Window Quilt Block, a Chartres-inspired Rose Window quilt about 3/4 of the way down this page.

Best answer: I quilt, but am not Catholic. If she quilted with a group or in a guild, they would likely know her favorite blocks and colors.
There are many quilt blocks with names that could be meaningful. Some that come to mind are Crowning Glory, Crown and Stars, Crown of Thorns, and Jacob's Ladder. There's also a pretty, traditional block called Grandmother's Flower Garden. (I keep trying to bring more ideas to mind and keep getting stuck on Stairway to Heaven which is not a block.)
If I'm trying to buy a present for another quilter I might look at her Pinterest, but that might not apply to your grandma if she wasn't big into social media.

Quilt curator says that there are no patterns closely linked to Catholicism that she knows of, and that mourning/memorial textiles were usually needlework, not quilts although dealers on Ebay will sometimes try and pass of black and white quilts as such.
I'm sure you'll find something beautiful to commemorate your grandmother!
