Any legit way to view current Spanish and French films?

I have enjoyed quite a few Spanish and French films at my local arthouse cinema over the years, and others on DVD too. However sometimes a film is deemed not popular enough to get a UK release on DVD, other times I read about it online (I get e-mails every week showing listings at my favourite Barcelona cinema) and would love to see it then, rather than much later. In the UK we have Curzon Home Cinema and Blinkbox offering (at a premium) to ability to legally stream some films at the same time as they are in cinemas, and others not long after. Curzon is more arthouse and Blinkbox more mainstream. Does anyone know if there's an equivalent to these in France and Spain.

I have plenty of DVD's right now so I wouldn't rent films regularly, however there are two films I am very keen to see.

One is "Marie's Story" or in France "Marie Heurtin". They showed this as part of the French Film Festival in Glasgow, and the director even made a personal appearance, but I couldn't attend that night. Ever since I've wanted to see it. I can buy the DVD from Amazon France at a push but if there is a way to rent online that would be even better.

The other is "Requisitos para ser una persona normal" which is currently in Spanish cinemas. I think this is more of a longshot to be available online since in the UK there's only a few films available to rent at the same time as in the cinemas. However I totally love the trailer and the comedy behind the idea and I just know I would love this film. Not enough to take a holiday to Spain just to see it, but I am very keen to see it as soon as I can (again, I could wait for Amazon.es to stock it if I must).

Anyone got a recommendation for me for either of these films in particular, or a Spanish version of Curzon in general? Thanks in advance.

Best answer: duolingo answered a question about Spanish films available with Spanish subtitles.

The choices are definitely limited and won't have the two you are asking about, but will have other programs.

One link, for example, is to telemundo tv for internet.

Best answer: Write the international distributor for the film and ask.

Best answer: Bittorrent. It's how I get my Spanish movies and without the English subtitles.

Those films aren't there yet, but from your description I'd say Curzon's Spanish equivalent is Filmin.
