Searching for specific stuffed toy duck

Am hoping you guys can help me figure out where I can buy one of these stuffed toy ducks (see link). It needs to be exactly this one (I think it is actually sold with a tiny beige bandana). Was purchased from toys r us about 5 years ago, but they don't carry it anymore and don't recognize it. There is no label or tag. Thank you on behalf of my daughter who is very attached to it!!
I'm think it's a Carter's too, but it faded over time so the bill and feet looked more yellow than orange. Other than the coloration, it looks like a good match. Maybe you could get one of these and then do something to fade the colors a bit. I'm not sure how you'd do that. (Bleach, maybe?) I did a quick search for "how to fade colors" and I got back a lot of stuff about working in Photoshop.

Also very similar is the Child of Mine My First Duck although the white belly placement is a little different.
Also you might try the Carter's Plush Duckie Duck, which has a security blanket (maybe this is the bandanna)?
