How do I delete custom lists in excel?

How do I delete multiple (several thousand) custom lists in excel all at once? I can delete them individually, but if I did that I would end up wasting a ton of time.

I accidentally added several thousand custom lists to excel using the import feature. I would like to delete them all at once, instead of one by one. Can someone help me do this? I can't highlight them all at once and in poking around my computer I can't seem to find files to delete the custom lists directly.

For reference I'm on a Mac (Version 10.9.5) and running Excel 2011 (Version 14.4.9)

On windows this is stored in the Registry
On a Mac I suspect it will be in a PLIST preference file, This page has some advice on finding the right one.

Response by poster: Unfortunately no luck.

I looked manually at the files in my library and didn't see anything that had the correct time stamp. I also searched using AppCleaner and didn't have any luck finding the files either.

If it is stored in a PLIST preference file, I can't seem to find it.
