Where to buy a cheese/meat gift basket in the Denver area?

I'm looking to buy a cheese or meat/cheese gift for someone. No crackers because the recipient eats low-carb but meats and other stuff would be ok. Any suggestions or ideas are welcome!

Is purchasing an all-in-one, pre-wrapped basket a requirement? Because if I was on the receiving end of such a basket, I'd love for it to be hand-selected with meat and cheese from either Tony's or Marczyk's.

I've only poked my head in on a whim, but for an independent shop, you might try Oliver's Meat & Seafood on 6th Ave. They also have some cheeses & condiments. Lots of in-house made sausage. I've heard good things about Marczyk's as well and have Sawa bookmarked for next time I need pierogis and/or polish sausage, but Oliver's is closer to me and seems like they might do better with the gift basket type thing.

All of these are great, also on 6th you can get stuff from The Truffle Shop or if you're out in RiNo there's wonderful stuff to be had at The Source.

If you're in the Boulder area, Cured on Pearl has a terrific selection of meats and cheeses. The staff are super helpful and will pick out some great stuff.
